Privacy Policy — Fancy Cafe AI

Fancy Cafe AI operates fancycafeai.cafe, a website that places people into a short cafe video with AI. This page describes the information involved and how it is handled.

Information involved

• Sign-in data. The email address on your account, an optional display name and, if you choose Google, the basic profile Google shares with us.
• Uploaded pictures. Each photo you add to an order, kept as a resized JPEG.
• Generated clips. The finished MP4, its preview frame and your gallery setting.
• Orders. Stripe processes card details; we only see what was bought, the amount and whether it went through.
• Technical logs. Pages requested, browser and device type and a rough location derived from the IP address, kept for security and troubleshooting.

How it is used

Uploaded pictures exist on our side for one reason: to produce the clip you ordered. To help the model keep two people apart, we generate a one-line wording of each picture (hair, top, trousers, shoes). Your email address is used for the account itself, receipts and support replies.

Service providers

To render an order, the source footage and your pictures go to our AI video provider. Files sit in Cloudflare R2, account records in a hosted Postgres database, and Stripe takes care of payments. Each provider handles the data only to deliver its part of the service. We never sell personal information.

Gallery wall

With the gallery box ticked, a finished clip may be shown on public pages and gets a share link. Untick the box in My videos whenever you like, or remove the clip altogether.

People in your pictures

Upload yourself, or friends who said yes to being in the clip. Pictures of anyone younger than 18 are not allowed.

Retention

Pictures and clips remain available until you remove them or ask us to close the account. Purchase records are retained for the period accounting law requires.

Requests

Delete clips yourself in My videos. For a full account deletion or a copy of the data linked to you, write to support@fancycafeai.cafe from the address you signed up with.

Updates

When this policy is revised, the created date above changes with it.
