Terms of Service — Fancy Cafe AI

These terms cover every use of fancycafeai.cafe ("Fancy Cafe AI"). Signing up or paying for an order means you agree to them.

What we provide

Fancy Cafe AI edits the people in your uploaded pictures into a short cafe video and delivers an MP4. Output is produced automatically, and how close it looks depends on the pictures supplied.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to open an account. Keep your password to yourself; activity on your account is your responsibility.

Pictures you supply

By uploading, you confirm you may use each picture and that every adult shown has agreed to be placed in a clip. Pictures of minors, nudity, or anything intended to bully, mislead, defame or impersonate are prohibited. We can reject or take down such material and suspend accounts that keep supplying it.

Clips you create

You are free to download your clips and share them on social media and in private messages. All clips are AI-edited, so never pass one off as genuine footage or use it to deceive anyone. We have no connection to TikTok, Instagram or whoever made the original clip.

Credits

Packs are one-time Stripe purchases and their credits never lapse. One clip costs ten credits. Credits can't be exchanged for money or moved to another account. See the refund policy for refunds.

Uptime

We aim for a reliable service, yet AI providers sometimes queue or go offline. Credits for a render that fails are restored automatically.

Limits of responsibility

The service comes "as is". Where the law permits, any claim against us is capped at what you spent with Fancy Cafe AI during the preceding three months.

Revisions

These terms may change. Using the site after a revision counts as accepting it. Contact: support@fancycafeai.cafe.
